Based in the East Midlands, I mainly cover Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. I will, however, travel further afield upon request.

Each home and it’s requirements can differ and so I tailor each quotation to the needs of the home and seller. My prices all include transportation to and from the property, a minimum of two months staging and professional photography. Please contact me to discuss the size and location of your property for an exact price.

I can provide an over-the-phone quotation from a description of the home of images from the client or estate agent. This will then be confirmed in writing within 1 working day.

Generally, we can book in a home stage within 7-10 days from a quote being accepted. Sometimes, this can be done faster, please contact me to discuss specific timescales.

Dependent upon the size of home, most home stages can be completed in 1 day but I do like to allow 2 days, in case I need to return with any additional items.

I design stages around the design of the property. For example, if a house was a modern, detached home, ideal for a prospective family purchaser, I would select pieces which would compliment the property, such as gloss units, contemporary mirrors, a stylish table with 6 wooden chairs, family-friendly bedspreads, rugs and cushions.

For a two-bedroom, Victorian terrace, I would perhaps use more traditional pieces of furniture, a desk with a simple lamp, an oak dresser and leather sofas by the fireplace with cosy blankets.

I have a vast choice and collection of items, so dependant on the size of space, the light and who the target buyer is, I will select the key pieces which show off the space, without spending my client’s money on unnecessary items!
